Space-saving design The high-frequency oscillator necessary for the high-frequency heating device was placed at the back of the BONDEX-8R, but in the BONDEX-V, we have successfully placed it inside the device. It has been miniaturized to approximately 60 cm in depth. 3. Increased productivity We have made significant modifications to the high-frequency grid electrodes from the BONDEX-8R, successfully reducing energy costs by about 30%. Furthermore, we have increased the workpiece transfer speed and the rise and fall speed of the electrodes, resulting in a significant improvement in workability. Aren't you spending too much time on unnecessary tasks like recording and inputting, rather than on the original purpose of inspection work? Here are some examples of improvements in double input tasks!

■Issues and Causes In the factory inspection area, more time was spent on tasks before and after measurement, such as recording and inputting measurement results, than on the measurement itself. The measurement devices (calipers, micrometers, three-dimensional measuring machines, etc.) and recording systems (Excel, dedicated inspection systems, MES, QC process charts) were separate, requiring a double task of "measurement → note-taking → PC input," which decreased work efficiency. ■Solution We introduced a voice input inspection data registration system called "WorkingVoice." This allowed measurement results to be input by voice, enabling simultaneous execution of measurement and recording tasks. As a result, workers could move on to the next measurement without using their hands, eliminating the traditional double task and successfully shortening the average cycle time. ■Effects After Implementation Workers became able to report measurement results without using their hands, reducing human errors through voice feedback. Since it could be implemented using only a general-purpose microphone and a PC/tablet without significantly changing existing measurement devices or system environments, it was highly evaluated on-site as a DX that could start on a small scale. *Please check the PDF download button for examples of how this system is utilized!*
